I had my initial phone screen with Castillo, very professional. There was a palpable sense of excitement in his voice about the expansion!

The company is running on fumes. The debt is out of control.

The arrogance during the interviews is hysterical, barely made 100 million last year and act like it’s a premier job in the industry!

So base salaries in the $160s and up- are you selling your soul and compromising your mental health to work here? Typically what I have seen at these small start ups. There are always complainers and negative people at every company but us that have applied and interviewing would appreciate some real feedback- culture, management, drug coverage, etc. There are a ton of Abbvie and Ironwood Linzess reps out there backed w a big budget and a QD drug versus this BID drug.

Because in this industry, oncology reps are worth what they are paid? Gimme a break, the industry is a scam , until a new CEO comes in from outside of pharma and says WTF a have you been doing. Imagine Musk coming into this industry?
