if you are looking for advice here you are probably new to the industry. This is probably a good 'starter job', without knowing geography etc. One or two years then have a updated resume with some accomplishments and look around. Best of luck.

Honestly DONT DO IT!! This division is in shambles from top to bottom! They come in 2nd (Advanced Energy # 1) in turnover the past two years. Their VP Jed K doesn't have a clue and their Sales Director Vicky S has been looking for a new job since Jan 1, 2015! Stay away!!

The interview process with this division was an absolute joke. Look elsewhere.

The AVP interviewer asked me about high school activities from 20+ years ago. It was comical.
