Hey whatever bright lights are settings the goals for the GIBU, please tell me how 5 out of the top 10 ranked territories had their goals go up under 25 scripts a week, while the other 5 territories had their goals go up over 30 rxs a week?!? What an effing joke, level out this playing field and don't try telling me that having your goal going up by 2 rxs is the same as having your goal jacked up by 86 rxs.
 






This ENTIRE division is a joke! and what about our new leadership team! Another joke....Roger is the biggest DICK of all...another winner is "Bob" A....RD's that are inexperienced and of no help in pushing back for us!

We are going down...great way to motivate a sales force!

just for a laugh, I asked my "mormon" manager JW and of course being new and not wanting to rock the boat..he just mumbled...NICE LEADERSHIP!

Could have been worse, you could have gotten the Mormon who makes 15 calls a day as your RD. National call average is around 5, somehow CP sees 3 times that EVERY DAY.
 












I hear Shire loves hiring the "mormons". There're loyal, they don't complain and they are like sheep!

and yeah...like Warren Jeff's they marry 12 year olds and like to have 20 kids so there're always desperate to keep their job!
