Then you are left with the people who can't sell.


It would be great if managers know something about sales for the team they are on.
primary care managers are not equipped for rare sales.

You miss the point. What you are doing will end badly. Primary care tactics are not good business in rare.

Takeda realized it couldn’t build a successful business so they borrowed somebody else’s money to buy somebody else’s successful business.
