Can someone give me some insight into this division? Why is the pay scale so low. The managers pay scale is 40K below the national average for a mangers position.

Is the technology legit? Is there growth opportunity?
 






Technology is very strong; simple to use, nothing else like it, however most of the low fruit has been picked. Lots of hard work, long hours now grinding to grow adoption one MD at a time. Very bad comp plan tied to an unattainable number made for a bad year for all. We lost some good people bc of it. Hoping they fix the comp/targets in F14, otherwise the current force will leave, self included.
 






Like most start ups, once they get bought the big billion dollar gorilla, it gets the current team in line with what the rest of the comapny is doing when it comes to compensation. It's all about the bottom line and Wall Street reports, not the sales force.

why would they want to fix the comp plan? Sales people are "ensign expendables"

Thanks for the feedback. I still can not get over what the managers comp plan is. It is low at plan, imagine if you have an off year....ouch!
 






Everybody is totally missing the mark in this one. This product has only tapped into 1% of the market and has nowhere to go but up. Comp plan being revised to get reps to 150K and up. This is the division to be in and will only get better. Glad I accepted the job and can't wait to say I told ya so!
 












GREAT product! Actually works reimbursement is lousy!! But we're in sales and the comp plan is the worst I've seen! Lots of good reps leaving company and more will after they share the new comp plan in October...........
