Anyone else officially ghosted since making a worthless trip to D.C ? Going on 3 weeks now. Something just doesn’t add up…
Has ANYONE received a legitimate offer, or was the interviews just a waste?

You clearly didn’t read the previous posts. The CFO is calling all the shots. Nobody had any say in the process but him. If you want to point fingers, KM is the guy. Nobody is allowed to make any decisions other than him.

KM is doing a great job.
He gave the poly kids big raises.
He drove Fanapt revenue down faster.
He got the DOJ to come after Vanda.
He signed off on one of the worst acquisitions possible.
He makes sure there is no oversight on the CEO.

That is why he was paid a cool million last year.
 












You guys aren’t getting it. The CFO calls all the shots. DC was his idea. Nobody can talk sense into him. He won’t listen, Any gripe you have is because of KM. Any inactivity and waiting is because of him.

And no company car, a crappy car allowance, low base salaries, basically no bonus because goals unattainable,
but we do have good benefits and
a sleep wake drug that nobody uses
because it’s such a rare disease state
with our labeling.
