For all of the reps that come on here and complain... If you actually got your asses out of the house and attempted to sell this drug, we just might see some success. Some are doing better than others, obviously, but I guarantee you that these reps are also working more than you morons. The drug works great and reimbursement has not been an issue. Anyone who says otherwise, doesn't know what the hell they are talking about. Yes, its difficult to find patients, but you cannot give up. Its called a job, because you have to work.

Watch our tone you're out of line. First off, you should have provided fair balance maybe a link to the PI, when yyou said works great. You should have known where to find your demand - real patients -and how to tap into it before bringing supply to market. You're barking up the wrong sandbox.
 












OP here, you are all lazy reps that do nothing but complain. I have seen them at every company. You find excuses for why you cant sell instead of being out there working, trying to find even one patient. If you gave it 100%, which i doubt you have, you will eventually find a patient. One patient at a time is better than sitting at home on CP, complaining as you have at every job you have ever had. You are the same people that would still be complaining about some lame policy, even if we were selling 1 billion per year. Stop all of your bullshit complaints and get your asses to work. I know there are challenges, but part of the your job is working through those challenges and not giving up.

Yes indeed look at the data. Again, where is your fair balance re safety etc? Twice now you've posted about works great in this thread. If a rep spoke like tat to a provider, without the fair balance and/or PI references, the rep would lose all credibility, just like you.

I know your type, you think about every possible obstacle and sell yourself short before you even make a call. Go present the data, which is what you are paid for, handle objections with the resources you have, and you just might sell a vial. You likely have not even been trying because of the bullshit you hear from others, or one rejection you got from one physician. Its a numbers game, make 20-25 calls a week, and you might have 4 docs with some interest, of those 4, you just might get one patient. Its supposed to be challenging, this drug wont sell itself. Again, get off of you ass and go make some calls.

For me its golf season, pool season and muff season. For you, its back to the dungeon and dragons. I have the best job in the world. And your references to making 25 calls and banging out 4 K scripts is joke amongst jokes. Do you even know what we do on a daily basis? I am guessing that would be a negative from your ridiculous offbase post about finding that "one" patient. You tool shed.
