Get Rid of NSM not our 401k

So they reduce the 401k by 1.5% and keep the dumbass NSM!! We will be getting our welfare check size bonus check. Imagine the lack of energy the sales force will have. Who the fcuk is happy here!

Smiling Happy People at our “NSM” Nasty Shithole Management. How much $hit can they shovel at the field? Morning, Noon and Night let’s play our roles of Happy, Enthusiastic, Well Compensated and Engaged Reps. I can only imagine all the Walking Dead Inside Reps herding through the “meetings”.

It’s seems crazy to think we’re paying for the NSM out of our 401K contribution but that’s exactly what it looks like. how about we have a 2 day teams meeting? You get the information without all the unnecessary time out of the field, the crazy expense of airfare, hotel, food, entertainment etc…. All for an event that is an extremely inefficient use of time that no one wants to attend anyway

We need the team building and bonding time.cant be done via zoom
I understand your point but in the end, It seems that flying 400+ people across the country for a meeting so they can have a three hour dinner and a scavenger hunt, both specifically for team building, that they can’t do on a Zoom call is extreme. Most everything else can be achieved on Zoom. The experience is different for everyone but I just don’t think it’s worth millions.

Not to mention who the hell schedules a national sales meeting during the third week of June when all the kids in the country are graduating? I know five people and myself who cannot go because we have a graduation. No way I'm skipping my child's graduation to sit around the fake smiles, laughing at jokes that aren't funny, pointless role playing, freezing my ass off in cold conference rooms, etc etc... There isn't even any messaging and that they have to communicate to us that we don't already know. It's completely pointless.

Add in- who schedules a nsm the last week of a quarter?

Who schedules any meeting in Orlando in June? 100° with 98% humidity.

This is the biggest train wreck of a company Ive ever worked for.

NSMs are needed to build teamwork and morale. Great opportunity to network with senior management. The sales force supports NSMs!
Teamwork??? Lol. We're out the field by ourselves all day, teamwork has nothing to do with it. And the way all the sales reps feel about Senior Management right now, pretty sure none of us want to intermingle with these clowns who are running this place into the ground. You are obviously not in the Salesforce. Hilarious

Sr leaders are the biggest problem. It’s been the same people year after year. They are going down with the ship. Never seen anything like this. You don’t have the pulse of the company.

I'll never forget the first time I met Lisa N and had dinner with her right when she got promoted. I walked away that night thinking, this is the person who's going to lead our sales force. We're screwed. And sure enough here we are years later.

And the registration arrived.... what a waste of time and money. We don't need or want this. Save your money you losers.

You do have the option of not coming to the meeting. And with an attitude like yours, you definitely are not helping make this a better place.

There are people who would give anything to have a job like yours. Do us a favor and leave to open a spot for someone who would appreciate this role.

My heart genuinely goes out to the field sales team on the Veozoah side of the house. You deserve so much better. If the rest of your Sr. Leadership is anything like the Sr. marketing guy who recently came over to Oncology, it must be totally brutal. We’re pulling for you guys and hope it gets better soon.
