They are trying to run LEO like a big pharma general practice sales force (one size fits all, with little incentive other than the chance to keep your job if you perform like a rock star), and not a kick butt specialty sales force (with knowledge on leveraging relationships on an office by office specialized basis, with strong monetary incentives to rise above the masses and do what specialists expect and deserve).  This is where Medicis has a HUGE advantage, and will leave the LEO reps wetting themselves in disbelief.
