They made that abundantly clear at the FLM. They repeatedly said we had to all do our jobs and the other guys and yours and his and hers to even have a chance at mediocrity. It will be a cool breeze that blows when you miss a number.
I just love going to AZ meetings!!! Sleep in a nice hotel bed and the meals. Oh boy. Chicken chicken and chicken the things they can do with chicken these days!! My favorite part of the meetings--you guessed it Role playing!!! Here's a chance for me and my team to practice over and over our sales message that really rings with our customers 
. I have such confidence when I come home and I know the message cold! I just wish my dm would work with me the first day home from meetings so I can show her how well I got this down pat! Another fun part of the meetings are the breaks when I can talk to old friends and make new ones!!! People in the district as so positive I just love it. Oh well I can't wait see you soon!!!!!

It's called 'MASSIVE HIRING"!! The goal is 10 reps per doc! Think of what our SOV will look like then! It doesn't matter if 80% of the calls are fake, as long as it look good on paper. We are golden!

Not to mention sneaking back to the hotel bar after the obligatory call to the wife and then gettin' a little "strange" from the drunk reps and other managers. PARTY!
