Still too many employees in each functional area. Valeant has stated it does not do research or marketing. 800 million in cuts possible in 2014. Layoffs likely.

Get out now. It is better to find a job while you still have a job then to be the "cut the fat" from the layoff.

All the best folks left and those better ones still there are finding other jobs fast.
Those left behind are the ones who are not good ewnough to find work elsewhere, know it, and will do whatever they are told to do because they are frightened...
The rubbish left behind will eventually lose their jobs anyway when Valeant inevitably collapses...
