Ok, so I just had my 5 year anniversary and things are so messed up. Here is a short list.

1. Customer Master Main.......my call panel changes daily. High VR physicians disappear, B targets are listed 7-8 times as A,B & C targets. No wonder my reach and frequency are jacked up. It has been this way since launch.

2. LAP targets - I went above and beyond the 25 targets I had to see. I got 30. However when hte report came out yesterday I was given credit for 22...WTF? If they can't get LAPs right , it makes you wonder what else is screwed up.

3. Intramed - Where do I start. This has got to be the most overpaid incompetent business partner Forest has ever had. They don't answer phones or return emails yet get $200 for every program they click "yes" on the computer?? It's a revolving door of employees and they are all worthless.

4. RX credit. Why bother physicians will reappear next quearter or never leave at all. I have attempte to RX credit at least a dozen physicians out without success. Not because they were denied or in conflict but because someone is too lazy to process them.

5. Please quit autoshipping samples they are stached 6 foot high already. If you want to help me send me vouchers and copay cards. Half my offices dont take samples anyway. Oh wait, I see I have a few more cases coming in my message center ...sweet.


It irks me that Forest cannot get their crap together but I must dot every I and cross every T or I get in trouble. Expense reports, call cycles, details, ect are scrutinized with a fine tooth comb but it's one sided.

I feel exactly the same as you, which is why I'm so happy that I just got a new job and get to leave this. This is ridiculous that an organization such as this can't get it right. Why do we even have to transfer doctors out? If the company knows that these doctors are writing Rxs how come they can't figure out where they are located at. It's amazing how many of my physicians ended up turning up 1500+ miles away and Forest apparently had no clue. So happy I don't have to deal with this anymore. Best of luck getting out of here. The grass is greener.

This is the Forest way! I used to take the initiative to change the culture and fight to get things done but now I don't even bother. Why???? Because you're percieved as negative for trying to ACTUALLY enhance organizational performance aka "Identify and Pursue New Ideas and Embrace Change". You know where a "Level 5 Significant Strength behaivor on anticipating and approaching situations and problems with original thinking and innovative solutions" really gets you? Demoted, fired, or on the chopping block! This is like being in an abusive relationship where you want to leave but the hope that the person (culture) will change keeps you coming back for more. It's a shame because we really do have great products that help people but the culture won't change until it hits rock bottom and hires a consulting company to come in to find out and fix what's wrong. Until then join me at the enabler party.
 






I just celebrated my 5 yr as well. You are dead on man. Good products, yet you have a 20 something managing you and they think they hung the moon. The reports they send us are never accurate. It's too easy a job to quit. Working as little as possible, and making this money. Forget about it!!!!
