The current folks seem very incompetent, promises that end up not being legal, important sales pieces that they do not bother to print for the sales teams, long boring calls about nothing... Feels like they are grasping at Straws. Promised an Anser price change months ago...
I think the current folks have no idea what they got themselves into or how to move forward.
