Get a Life

I am an old timer and have been at Merck for a while. I just viewed this website for the first time today. I am appalled and embarrassed by the backstabbing 3rd grade antics I read on so many threads.
I like my teammates, my manager and my product. I do extremely well financially and have great benefits. I am fortunate to have a great job that I truly enjoy (most days) to provide for my family. COVID has been a challenging time for all of us, but we will get through this someday..
All of you who have nothing good to say about leadership, managers, products, studies, etc need to GET A LIFE!!!
If you don’t like it here, then leave. Do us all a favor. Life is to short to be miserable. Oh yeah, that’s right, you don’t have the talent or the intellect to do anything more than sit behind your anonymous keyboard and spew garbage and negativity. You sound like spoiled entitled millennials. You are always pointing the finger but never trying to help, offer advice or fix a problem.
I will leave this for you to reflect upon. Maybe a few will be touched by it and better yourselves. I will not return to this site as it is a waste of my time, so don’t bother trashing me. I only wish people would be more positive, uplifting and grateful for all the many blessings God has graced them with.

How can you be sure that any of the negativity here is actually from a current employee? Wouldn't be surprised if 90% of the posts are from disgruntled past employees, competitors and kids living in their parents basement.

I agree with the OP
Way too many lazy people who want paid for doing nothing ! They think the world owes them something because they have a college degree.
To bad these are all anonymous posts or some of us old timers would Find you, track you down and take you out in the yard and give you an old Fashion butt whopping!
