I am a senior rep that was downsized from another company. I had the pleasure of interviewing with her this past summer and joining her sales team. She has always been positive and pleasant in the times we've had a chance to talk since. The RM's I know enjoy working for her and respect her. I find her to be "real world". She should expect performance at a high level, we are paid to perform. If you're happy just putting in your 8 calls a day and getting a paycheck, then maybe you should reconsider.

Lynn Gerber is a solid person and VP. She does expect solid performance but who doesn't. This is a great company that has a solid future as long as pharma lasts in the US. Just like any other company it does have some draw backs but most of those are going to be seen at any company. Pharma has some difficult times ahead with the socialist government environment but this company has serious potiential and Gerber is a leader that deserves the benefit of doubt. Much better than her counterpart Sabus.

I've known Lynn since her days @ YPA. I always thought she was a solid professional.
