All in all whats the environment like at Genzyme? Employees happy with management, compensation, product development cycle and launch? Whats the overall employee moral like?

Genzyme no longer exists. It has been sanofized--ask Aventis how that worked out.

Genzyme management at Sanofi today = Cancer. Great reps are leaving very fast in fact we lost several this week in specialty divisions which are coveted spots where there are less than 20 reps nation wide and reps were paid very very well. I think it's when you are use to a certain way of running a business and then it stops because of compliance or policy, management is like a fish out of water, clueless on launch, reps have great ideas but we don't have the heart to say that ideas are not welcome as I am too lazy to follow through or have the knowledge to get ideas through the thick skulls at Sanofi PRB(legal), but the money is good and that's why we stay, party on!

If you are a top performer and can sell, I would suggest you run as fast as you can unless you are unemployed.

Guys help! Please I need your help. We mixed up a slurry in the OR this morning - it was sitting on the back table and I forgot about it. Later I picked it ip and drank it thinking it was my slurpy, not the slurry. I'm afraid to go to the doctor cuz, well, I can't say I mixed up a slurry! What is going to happen to my insides? I'm scared to make my poppies cuz I'm afraid it might hurt. Been holding it for 4 days and don't think I can hold out much longer.
