1) The majority of the RGC doesn't like LM and the majority of the team doesn't trust him. Not to mention that he flirts with the interns.
2) No contracts have been signed. Therefore, there are no samples coming in. People are sitting around doing nothing.
3) AS is never in the office. He's either traveling or he's at his Univ of MD office. He doesn't know what's going on with his staff.
4) A lot of people feel that the RGC leaders are not equipped and trained to manage people.
5) Many feel that AB and AS don't know what they're doing and can't make decisions for the good of the department.
6) There have been disputes within the employees and management has done nothing to resolve any issues. They feel the "work it out yourself" attitude works but it just gets worse. And is getting worse by the day.
7) They have different sets of rules for different people for example some people can work from home where others need to be in the office every day, it's not that these people have different titles.
8) They did a retreat for half the department. Half the department went off-site to do their job, makes no sense. They could have done that exercise in a conference room. The other half weren't even given free lunch.
9) People aren't included in critical emails. Therefore, action items aren't taken care of.
10) It's frowned upon when certain employees are conversing in front of others. How else are people to form relationships if they don't actually talk to one another?
11) There are employees that have no respect for anybody's time. Some people are late to every meeting.
12) JO and his lab rats are antisocial. They have completely separated themselves from the rest of the RGC. And then they wonder why they are excluded from extracurricular activities.
13) It would be nice if the department heads said hello to you in the hallway. It seems they only know your name when they need something.
14) People are kept out of the loop on a lot of conversations. Staff is directed to work on tasks then once they're close to completing, they're then told to stop.
