As long as the hospital plans to do da Vinci and is committed to becoming more efficient, yes. If you know there is no way union employees will commit to this, there is no sense in bringing in Genesis. Union workers don't have much of an incentive to become more efficient. All it means to them is working more cases which means working harder.
