I am worried the contract will not be extended. It seems we always have to answer to the skin care team even when there is no need. Failure to keep us updated on things is frustrating like the contract was extended until December.

Novartis has started hiring for their derm division and the starting salary is between 90-110

Keep reminding yourself this is CONTRACT...be happy contract has been extended to next week. inVentiv is like the mouse being played with by the cat..they don't know much either when the call will come to end a contract...keep interviewing.
