Gave an Adu internal presentation and members of leadership are CRAZY! Did I say crazy? Yes crazy

I have never experienced such craziness in all my life!!! They have no idea what they want. Do this, not that. No, do this and that. No scratch that don't do this, but do this. I don't trust you. We will have a practice session. No scratch that. We will have 2 practice sessions. No scratch that, we will have 3 practice sessions. Your slides look good. No, your slides need changes. I know I told you to do it this way, but do it the way you were planning on doing it now. Well someone did it this way, so we want you to do it this way too. Don't make me look like an idiot so do it exactly this way. Send me your slides before you present because I don't trust you. Did I say I don't trust you? Oh, and I don't trust you.

If this is any indication of what it would be like, I want no part of it. They have treated us so terribly and with no respect. The micromanaging is over the top here at Biogen. So many people have confided and complained to me that I am certain many are planning their exit strategies. I am so disappointed and feel like a fool for taking this job when I had a great job to begin with. Adu will no be approved and everyone knows it.

Exactly! It is amazing how much one or two idiots post and generally don't even have the brains to post more than a few minutes apart. I didn't have to present, but I know several people made the same comments you did.

It is also amazing these so called Rah Rah Biogen folks publicly declare to love everything Biogen, yet they are always on here reading posts. Yeah they love it here alright.
