What the hell has happened to the Gastro family? It used to be a great place to be. This meeting was a joke. A bunch of rah rah shit while my bonus keeps getting smaller. My numbers are way better than last year, but I am making much less. Makes perfect sense.

An even bigger problem is the DM's that have been hired. Who is this Uxa bitch? I was stuck in her break out room and talk about zero personality and no talent. She had no clue what she was doing and she acts like she knows everything. How the hell did she get this job? I heard she knows Don Patton, but come on. She has never sold Humira, but lectured us on how to sell it. What a joke. I feel bad for the reps in her district, I heard she is a crazy micro manager.

Mark this cute little experiment of having people from marketing becoming DM's to gain experience isn't working. You are passing over good reps for this. Good reps have left and more are leaving, but we all know no one gives a shit. Reps are just a number to AbbVie. My resume is update and being sent out. Time to jump off this sinking ship.
 
















Promoted soon? Just cause she knows Don Patton. Doesn't Stenhouse know Patton hasn't been here for years? Everyone I know that has worked with her just says how terrible she is. Sounds like great material for upper management. The Gastro family is falling apart fast. I should've gone to HCV.

Oh, that's why they have so many gd ass kissers here in chicago. They have been importing them. It's ridiculous. I knew they got a lot of hungry farm fodder from across the border ( the cheddar curtain) but really I want the asskissers out. I hope the new immigration laws cover this serious issue when the time comes. No more suckups.

You want to know how to manipulate the system-Learn from Gianna how to pull the curtains over peoples eyes, throw people under the bus by discrediting them during normal conversation with senior leadership while prancing around here in the Park like her shi** doesn't stink. Now back to CT for a "new" position, while pulling major accounts from people who deserve them and already groomed them. I cannot think of anyone who rotated through here that didn't have an agenda bigger than hers that hurt so many people.
