I really hate to say this, but most of you will be gone. A quick peek of your tenure especially at the DM level is actually hysterical. Some of your DM's graduated college within the last 5 years which for most of them means prior retail or copier sales experience. In a highly regulated industry like "pharma" these people are a liability and everyone with half a brain knows that. They might very well be great aggressive salespeople, but "managing" people within these new regulations is not that simple. Actavis will quickly "fix" this obvious problem. Roger deep inside knew the "heat" was on him and his cronies so he sold at a lower than expected price to maybe keep himself safe. The US government won't care, but Actavis knows the penalty and is willing to take the risk to be an "irish" company and enjoy the tax advantages. Some of you will survive the sword, but to be honest...you are not prepared for the new world of legitimate selling in pharma. Good luck as you will need it!
