Old news, same authors of previous financial articles (Reuters, WSJ, CNN) and blogs over the past 2-3 years, same results and no way the U.S. government wants to harm or put the worlds largest generic manufacturer out of business, especially with today's current drain on the healthcare system and so many uncertainties around Medicare drug pricing. Even if these hearings start up next month, it could be years before any injunctions or retributions have to be paid. Shalom!
