Yes, it seems it a contract force but the pay range is $180-$200k which is in line with starting salaries and take a look at Galera benefits on their website. They are amazing: free healthcare, lots of vacation with two shutdowns, Equity, the list goes on. Seems like a decent opportunity if you need something different and believe me NO ONE is happy at their current company.
