Galderma ranks #1 in sales rep turnover vs all other aesthetics companies in the USA.

60+ sales reps have quit Galderma in 2024. Galderma claims they are the “Destination company” and leader in aesthetics. They are the #1 ranked crappiest company to work for and everyone knows this except for the leaders here. The people still here hate their jobs. Nobody ever talks about how much they love it here- not a single person unless you are an Area Director or above because you are waiting for your payday on a buyout. Just got my job offer so I’m leaving next week. The thrill of leaving this chowder box is better than an orgasm. Good luck to the rest of you. But seriously- ask yourself when you wake up are you excited to be here? If you say no, then make that change.
 














I was on who was laid off last year. I hated working at Galderma but didn’t find the courage to leave and nothing else out there on the job market seemed worth leaving for.

The one thing I will thank Galderma for: laying me off in December of 2023. I am a stronger person, my family is happier and my customers, whom I thought were always happy to see me, are even happier now because I’m not begging and pleading with them every single quarter.
 




Those G Girly men treat people like shit because they are very bad people. Let’s hope they all get cancer, shit their diapers, and die knowing they sucked and people hate them.
 








The talent that is filling the vacancies is junior varsity level at best. Anyone who can be picky and take their time finding a job won’t accept a position here. The folks joining this organization are desperate and just need a job to get by. If you are a presidents club winner or half a talent at another company than you would do much better than join here. Galderma has nothing to offer anymore other than a bad work environment and directors and managers who are puppets and have no power. Private investors own the company and turn flemmings head in the direction they want the company to go. The company hasn’t been aquired yet because the word is out on the street that the internal issues run so deep that unless flemming is gone nothing will change.

Flemming needs to go for things to improve. As long as he is here, Galderma will remain a toxic workplace with high turnover rates. The true attrition rate is the highest in the industry.

Donald Duck or any fictional cartoon character can run this organization better than the current leadership team. What a waste of a company. All people in the aesthetics business have seen what a disaster Galderma has been. How does this continue on and why does eqt pay Eric and Kelly for this type of performance. The only answer is that there’s some p-diddy freak off stuff happening in the background that keeps them from telling on each other during employee review time. if this is a performance based company then we are in some trouble here folks.

Self destruction of an amazing company - once upon a time there was a culture, a team spirit, a pipeline, great morale and respect. Nowadays it’s just a place to collect a paycheck until something better comes up. A tragedy!
