Yes, it's true. The new , so-called incentive plan, has saved the company over 40% in commission payouts.
On top of that, the Powerpoints Program is a huge write off for them, that's why Presidents Impact was changed to 2,500 PP with out any discussion or input to
the sales force.

Yes, screwed again. Do the math, it's pretty simple, if you have been hear for more than 3 years you'll get it. Look back in history.

Oh yeah, btw, your DM's aren't so upset are they ? Nope. Why? They are being paid out very differently than you, extremely lucrative side bar incentives. Something new and extra this year, to keep you all quiet. That's why they don't give a shit and just want to get home early, and work 2 or 3 hours on Friday.

When is the last time your DM visited an office his or herself? Set up a dinner? Joined you on a weekend night? Picked up a phone and reached out to a doc or nurse? Really looked at your territory and said, i'm going to work these 5 doctors, I have a plan, so you could make more money. Probably never. But, they are so quick to remind you that you forgot to probe or ask a check in question. Get real.
 




I work for a nut job. Ten voicemails a day about nothing. Five emails tat require
responses about nothhing.
If you have a comment, you're told you're extremely negative.
I don't know what is going on with the unrealistic expectations and lack of $$$.

I know I've had it, along wit 6 others in my district.
 








$110k/yr plus benes. I started here over 4 years ago and with bonuses make great money. I don't know what the lunatic above it talking about. Great pay, great manager, easy sell.

I guess the other rep just sucks!
 








-------when they paid commissions out correctly, 95% of the sales force made over 45,000 plus make up provisions wit other incentives.
Now that they flawed and skued the commission structure, only 30% of the sales force will make close to what they use to pay. A handful will make much more, the low quota areas and the vacant territories that have been left open and filled.

------So, if you bust your ass, bring in over a 100% it's not good enough and you will make about 18,000. You need to be above 135% of quota to make money.

---------Look for another company. Galderma can only offer jobs now, no longer careers.

If you're not over 110% STOP WORKING ! you will not be able to play catch up, and what does it matter wit the make up provision out the window.

Let them realize WTF and readjust our quota's. They did Ped's or whatever the new name is .
 




My DM's recently X girlfriend told me that he is getting a $50,000 bonus in his June 15th check. They were planning a major vaca with the money.
All DM"S in the position for over 1 year are getting it. It's a keep you around BONUS,
do not discuss with the SalesForce, deal.

You have to look at each Division. True, the Acne people are not making much money. However, other groups are doing ok. The other issue is that for whatever reason the acne group gets the most money - more reps more marketing folks, more spent on Marketing programs, TV commercials, speaker functions etc. The real deal is that for whatever reason you losers cannot grow your prescriptions and you still want to get paid. Clobex and MetroGel are doing a better job with only the sales reps selling the stuff. As BU said at the National meeting this is a company for sales people. That means you have to sell to get paid or get the hell out of here and stop bitching about your goals when your prescriptions are flat or declining on a newer product that is supposed to grow.

My prescriptions are growing week over week and I'm not even close to close to making quota
 




What is with all the "total market"s drying up on the data? What is that about? How can we possibly make quota when the markets, according to the data, are disappearing?????
 








I work for another derm co. and YES...this is completely true. Google CVS and IMS for the story. Their #s have been missing for months already. When we notified our company, they acted like they were unaware and have refused to address it for 2 months now. Is it any wonder we all either losing share or not gaining as expected!!!!
 




Of course commissions are so small. What do you want for selling non-innovative, me-too, easily-filled-with-generic drugs. And three reps in each territory sucking up company resources delivering samples of this crap. Your lucky to be making the halfway decent salary and benefits doing this "job".
