Galderma needs to STOP using the term, "Rock Star"

That's a silly term that went away in the 1990s. It shows much about the culture when it's used.

Furthermore, Galderma doesn't pay anywhere close to getting what would be called a "rock star". Not in the same league. Why would the "best of the best" go to Galderma?

It's as if HR sent out some cut and paste for the managers to use on LinkedIn. Calling all ROCK STARS.....

agree with the sentiment. HR at Galderma is especially a joke. Ever ask HR for advice at Galderma? If you havent please do and receive a lifelong collectible of absolute useless bullshit. HR at Galderma is the Rockstar allright - rockstar of stupidity and incompetency. This company is made up of r*****s. To your point, why would anyone ever go and work here. Yes, I am here, but its not by choice. I am stuck - here and am actively interviewing to gtfo here.

Any manager that uses word “rockstar’ needs to be fired. It means they have no ability to assess.

Anyone with talent is long gone. They ran for the exit shortly after Flemming‘s arrival. Turnover has been substantially above industry average. Galderma is a revolving door unable to attract anyone decent, including HR.

The most accurate and grown up perspective on the situation. Silvina and many others need to go for the situation to improve.

I can safely tell you the politics that are played to keep global teams in the dark. All we care about is how we make US look good rather than the reality. Starts with attendance numbers in office, survey results, compliance with global standards etc etc. if the global team was to send in a sting team, they will find a Pulitzer in the carcass along with a whole bunch of stinking shit. Do it and thank me later
