Wilmington will be closed in 3 years. They sold all the buildings and are renting back 2 of them while the prep the Gaithersburg expansion. They are haggling with MA over tax breaks before they increase their footprint.
Wilmington site is getting redeveloped as mixed use apartments and retail by a development company called Arcadia (who is currently feuding with DelDOT about traffic implications but that's another story). They are soliciting "intents to lease" from local businesses (pay some money now and get a hefty discount on the lease when they open, used to raise capital for construction) with a target availability date of June-July 2021.
