Says a lot about a person that has to go on LinkedIn and post their own photo and win of Presidents club. Talk about Narcissist. At least lie and get someone else to post your win. So absolutely sick of the kiss-ups that will say "So honored for another President's Club win." Sick sick sick.

i don’t mind it but don’t say you are humble, humbled or painfully humble in the same breath. If you were, you wouldn’t be announcing it on social media.

Spot on comment. Saw and thought the same. Look at me mentally shrouded in I do this for the patients mantra. Chances are good they’re hoping a recruiter or hiring manager will seek them out for a job elsewhere.
Congratulations to them on their great year, no need to rub it in the noses of their colleagues.

I agree with the comments above. It truly is sick such self-promotion. Are we surprised? No. I think the majority experiences times on conference calls etc. only have to endure idiots like the one posting on Linkedin making every effort to hear their own voices as much as possible. I think it is an embarrassment that anyone would feel the need to blatantly self-promote like that.

Probably unfulfilled in other aspects of their lives. It’s nice to win but it’s not such a huge deal as we all know.

How about a rebuttal from the left?? Where’s the outcry of the colleagues coming to the rescue of those who pontificate of their successes??
even those who “like” the postings are guilty of being in the same camp. Grow up and learn some humility.

Y'all sound like a bunch of sorry losers and are in the wrong industry if you're not a winner or at least aspire to be one.

I'll see you fellow President's Club winners on the golf course!

look, I’m the one above who posted the comments about the hypocrisy of posting your accomplishments but also saying you are humbled. A humble person would not do that. 99% of the people that post their PC wins on LinkedIn start off by saying how humble they are. LinkedIn is about sharing your accomplishments and I’m fine with that. I’ve won numerous times and will put it in my bio. I have never announced it on LinkedIn though which was my choice. If you do choose to do so, please don’t say you are humble, because you are not. Most people use that word all the time and have no idea what it means

You professionally stick it on your resume instead of posting your photo and looking like a complete fool. You probably are the dude that just posted on LinkedIn. Posters like that are a laughing stock as people literally shake heir heads and laugh at posts like that. No one, including potential employers, like to see self-promoting ego maniacs on their teams. Humility is a beautiful thing. You should try it sometime.

All of you reps are children. Grow up losers.

Agreed. I think at this point we all saw the self-promoting post of presidents club winner on LinkedIn. It is truly revolting. It isn't just lacking humility, but honestly a very stupid move. Many managers can't stand egomaniacs like that. In many cases they are the worst to try and work with. It is just so embarrassing.

Not to worry. You won’t have to deal with me as you are in my rear view mirror. I will continue to lead here and on LinkedIn as the bottom 90% complains about me being here. Winners win and losers lose, that’s the bottom line. But hey don’t worry, maybe you can land a directors award…

Says somebody who has never won

And so more self promotion on LinkedIn. Congratulations on being then bestest, just think how your being perceived. Must be a Gilead thing though can’t recall it being so pronounced in the past.

I agree it’s immature and unprofessional given many customers making a fraction of the reps are also LinkedIn connections. This is an absolute symptom of systemic feelings of being under appreciated at the G so self promotion takes off in wild ways.
