Fycompa new hires?

Talking to recruiter right now about a position. What's the company culture, comp like? Typical pharma? Is this med promising in the neuro market?
The epilepsy division is probably the best division to be in at Eisai. Look through the Eisai forum and notice that threads regarding the epilepsy division are almost non-existent. That tells you something one of which is that most of the people there aren't a bunch of whiny malcontents. The epilepsy division has it's own management team dedicated to epilepsy only with the national sales director a cool guy. Not sure what you mean by typical pharma but if you're asking are there call averages, reach and frequency on certain targets, etc.... of course. The two products are good but certainly not blockbusters. New indications coming next year. Also, you don't have to worry about a patent expiring and getting layed-off next couple of years. Compensation will depend on the nature and length of your experience. Base probably 75 to 95 again depending on what you bring and bonus is 100% performance based with a 26k target. Benefits are above average. Do you have previous epilepsy sales experience?

Op here. I appreciate the detailed response post #3. I have neuro experience both clinically and in pharma, but nothing specific to epilepsy. With another company now and looking at other options.
