the future of pharma is hell. there is no future. the job is terrible. its is not sales. there is little accountability (pods, numbers that are fake, managers that are wimps and lack character, doctors that are ego filled dummies).

if you want sales, go to a small company or midsize or be an independent sales rep. better yet, go into nursing. if you have an ego, PA is a good job too.

best, become a cop, as our county is turning into a police state and those jobs will be plentiful.

sad state of affairs in america, when work ethic is not valued.

in pharma, PEOPLE WITH WORK ETHIC AND CHARACTER NEED NOT APPLY. And if anyone wants to challenge me on that, bring it.

You forgot to add the lawyers and bean-counters at the top,who have NO IDEA what pharma selling is all about! They hire some consulting firm to tell them,and these firms don't have a clue either! Most famous "sell" by these consulting firms,was "share of voice bull####! All that did was piss the docs off! People at top deal with theory,not practicality! Don't have a clue!!!!
