There is a pattern developing in the first two rounds of management cuts: they keep just one or two current Zimmer guys. The next round of cuts is going to be interesting if this pattern continues and if it does, the Zimmer sales reps in the field better watch out.

Maybe the reason for Biomet taking over Zimmer sales is the revolving door of Zimmer US presidents over the last 15 years. Kramer and McCaulley were real Einsteins. I still think they were covert Stryker agents planted to ruin Zimmer, but my Zimmer field sales colleagues think that I am a total paranoid kook. The Kramer/McCaulley regime managed to gut/fire the good Zimmer distributors in a very short period of time. Chickens coming home to roost for any Zimmer reprobate that had any ties to Kramer/McCaulley.
