FRMs & Case Managers: Time to Go!

Perfect timing Sun to pull sales out of field for Hub training. Can this mess get any better? My FRM likes to work from home and hasn’t hit my accounts, case manager screws up cases, and I have to deal with frustrated offices. Believe in Ilumya Support, no. Suggestion: pay the money to get the Hub right and stop pointing fingers at TMs for not generating scripts. How many scripts for those in the top have actually been shipped? I’ve had 2 and I’m in double digits and my offices have done their work and I can only follow up so much with my FRM who doesn’t want to talk during The View!

Sun is totally misguided in thinking we need a FRM force at this point. They are killing us in the field and providing no value. Customers don’t understand why the TMs can’t handle simple things. It undermines the rep relationship and has caused countless lost reimbursable scripps. Right now being a TM is an unsupported position.

Our leadership is truly bottom of the barrel. We have people in non-revenue generating positions at every level that honestly were hired in above their level of expertise, and they're in way over their head. HUB retraining is all you can come up with? Shame on you. This is already an EPIC fail. For once, listen to your customer facing employees.

I’ve got news for you loser, you are overhead. You are non-revenue generating positions. Laying off the field sales? Hardly.

We'll be hitting our MBO's and making our bonuses as FRM's, while all of you reps won't make enough bonus to buy some groceries at Wal-Mart. Who is really the loser in this scenario? What's worse is you think that this situation is temporary and this drug has potential. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE above you is looking to get out. You all need to get a clue.

This may be the most broken, poorly run company in this industry (at every level), which says volumes.

FRMs and HUB are being criticized here for a reason. The process / partnership / tool isn't working well for people in the field. Where is the leadership from the reimbursement directors, DN and EK? Why aren't they fixing things?
