Can anyone tell me why the FRMs get paid so much more compared to the TMs that drive and push the business? At other companies I’ve worked for it is the polar opposite. Sales has had nothing but conflicts the managers over there the FRMs too. As I start my search to leave Sun I have to say that the entire FRM situation at Sun is a complete mess. They reward people that do administration jobs the way the other companies reward sales people.
ps: I won’t be sharing this with HR on my exit interview either. Sun doesn’t deserve the truth for what it puts the sales people through.
