FRM pay???

Can anyone tell me why the FRMs get paid so much more compared to the TMs that drive and push the business? At other companies I’ve worked for it is the polar opposite. Sales has had nothing but conflicts the managers over there the FRMs too. As I start my search to leave Sun I have to say that the entire FRM situation at Sun is a complete mess. They reward people that do administration jobs the way the other companies reward sales people.
ps: I won’t be sharing this with HR on my exit interview either. Sun doesn’t deserve the truth for what it puts the sales people through.

TMs drive prescriptions. Generally push through without any thought of access concerns. Without the FRMs your efforts would be fruitless. It takes KFC, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts to generate scripts. It takes talent, know how, and connections to drive approvals, exceptions, and third party payments. You rack up the balls, but we have to make the shots.

What is a base pay for FRMs at Sun? I heard it was below the “average” for this position.

Well my FRM is taking her sixth week of vacation over the last 12 months. Does anyone track the FRM days off? We get two weeks a year and drive our asses off. They get unlimited time off? I starting tracking this low life after it seemed odd how often she had vacation. Next week she will be taking her SIXTH week in 12 months. Total BS and now we know why nothing gets done at Sun. Have fun pulling through zero business because sales is dropping the mic and walking away from this disaster. Word is out. This is your last job in this industry.
