It is the easiest job as RBM. No background check. Hired PP who was working for another company and he double dipped both companies until he was caught by first organization for 6 months. Also, has law degree and working jobs on the side to cheat everywhere possible. Been doing this with us for almost a year. Culture? No accountability here.

my RBM is so so at best, not great, not terrible- doesn’t instill a load of confidence when following up, just hope they get back to the customer within a respectable time frame and reasonably accurate

Go to Glassdoor. It will give you 90% accuracy and less negative Karen comments on here. I’d tell you, but I’m in PULM sales division and have no idea.

I come here strictly for the entertainment and the nonsense that comes out of people’s mouths —whether they are here or attempting to join. You understand how they don’t make it here, but then you wonder how some even got here

Then how about you help some people and at least share your salary and bonus in your division.
People also lie on Glassdoor all the time. That's why people look at multiple places to get a better idea.

My current job is heavily under my salary on Glassdoor, and I know I'm on the lower end of avg in my BU.
