Please tell me nobody actually believed what Michelle or Monty had to say. 50% of the Publicis sales people will not get hired into the Pfizer contract. That is a guarantee. Pfizer already has a sales force in place to take our spots, their the Celebrex and Lyrica reps they call on Rheums already too.

Pfizer is reorganizing its Specialty division. The ones who get let go will get placed first.

That's another piece to the puzzle, this is how it's going to go.Bank on it.Only 50% (if that many) of Publicis reps are going to be hired to Pfizer, remember Barbies and Ken's get first priority. My Pfizer manager already told my Pfizer counterpart that he's hiring as many Pfizer reps as possible and he would never hire a contract rep (unless he has to). He's thrilled that Pfizer is posting the positions, that way he can say the Publicis reps aren't the best candidate for the position.

2 Displaced Pfizer Specialty reps
3 Former Pfizer reps that want to come back.
4 Any outside rep (Abbott,Amgen,etc)
5 Last but not last Publicis reps

I don't agree. My pfizer friend said that they have not announced any displacement or changes to the specialty division. That would have to happen like, TODAY, for them to announce, make calls, open up positions, etc,.. The timeline just doesn't make sense.

Do not believe what Michelle says. Ask her what percent of Ocean reps and managers have been placed on other contracts and what percent have been hired when they have interviewed for other positions.

My time with P4/Pfizer was GREAT. Was regularly pfucked when it came to call lists, product mix, sales numbers, general info...the simple solution was...to just get another job while I was "working" for Publicis/Pfizer here in Michigan. Took vacation to go to my other job's week-long conference (made $4,000). Took sick leave to go on vacation.

It was deliciously refreshing to pfuck Pfizer and Publicis they way they did me...thanks for the free money, A-holes.
