Plenty of resignations coming in on Friday after Q2 bonus is in via direct deposit.
You should have taken care of your CBMs. Instead you give RSUs to the RBDs, who will still back stab you idiots, and take their CBMs with them.
Wonder what the Board will think of that move Greggy boy? You and" Floyd the Barber " Chambers go down to Mayberry and role play that move.

HAHAHAHA!! Love the role play comment!!! I agree about the RSU's the managers got. Did upper management really think the CBM's wouldn't find out??? No one has lifted a finger here to keep the CBM's from leaving. I continue to be shocked at the lack of leadership!!! WTF is upper management waiting for??!!

Greg
Vanessa and Lisa are interviewing at medco

That is seriously uncool. no one should call anyone out for looking at any opportunity and who is to say that your post is even true. I don't actually believe you know what the hell you are talking about, but even if the accusation you just lofted out on Cafepharma were true; that is a private decision - anyone with an iota of character would never post something like this on a public board.

Friday is just the start another company with an ID drug is hiring a bunch of Cubist people starting in the fall. This place sucks. Cheap and disrespectful management. Stea when little is given not much is expected. No CBM is doing crap here except looking for another job.

HR called Tony out this past Monday. They wanted to know what was going on with all the disappointed sales reps. He stated it was just growing pains and everything would be fine. I don't think so Chambers. You turned this place into a living hell.

9am sending in my resignation! After 8 years at what was great organization it's so sad to see what it has become today. GS and his lackey TC have ruined the culture and forced many COE CBM's out. The final straw is looking at my final "bonus" check that's not even enough to pay for private tennis lesson for GS's daughters. I'm happy I made the choice to leave. I wish all that stay the best of luck, you have great products but management is abysmal. In the past year many of us have sold millions $$$ in cubist products with very little to show for it except base salaries. Meanwhile GS cashes in $3.5 million a month! Listen up GS and TC the vast majority of CBM's are passionate professional who care about patients and work long hard hours help our customers, but we also have families to support. I wish I didn't have to leave but see no light at the end of the tunnel, instead of addressing the real issues, TC's remedy..."a new expense reporting system"!!! That shows just how out of touch management is!

Not sure who you are but I'm right behind you. There has already been a few VERY good sales people that Im sure you know who have left as well. Other RBD's that were well-respected and liked too have left. I'm interviewing probably next week myself. I can't live stressed out like this every year. No consistancy. I need a higher base salary more than I need a higher bonus. Management will never understand that.
