Friday Conference Calls!

Who thinks Friday conference calls at 4pm are popular? Someone wants to show their boss that they work hard until the last bell on Friday? This is why morale is at an all time low. No one wants to sell Recothrom and then you make us get on a call Friday at 4pm after a long week of lunches, dinners, calls, etc! This is really a smart idea. Total assholes!

OMG, this is the only thing you have to complain about? Really? You are paid for being on a call at 4. It's called a joooobb!

Why would anyone knock the OP for this thread? I have to agree and certainly got enough calls from coworkers thinking the same. The mandatory conference call in of itself isn't the issue, but believe it or not, we all have scheduled appointments and are working. Why is it always this enormous sense of crazy urgency? It is so alarmist and unnecessary. Literally save this shit for Monday. Why spoil everyone's weekend? As small of an issue as this subject to some may be, it is yet another example of how big pharma and terrible culture this company has become. Have a little common sense. Give a little bit more notice on a conference call versus making it look like a dire straight emergency where everyone should panic. It also gives the impression the training department is made of complete idiots that literally don't know how to plan and fly by the seat of their pants. The company culture here is a disgrace and embarrassing.

Really! A fire drill for Recothrom. MEDCO got rid of it because it was a piece of crap. Why isn't there a call about the incompetence of our CAS team. These people, who got an hour on stage for accomplishing zero, are complete morons! Useless! I want to know what they have accomplished!!!

The CAS team is holding the entire contracting infrastructure together with important systems. Our connections in C-suite keep your ass on formulary. When you want help, who are you calling? It's the CAS team, you're all hypocrites.

The sad fact is there is zero need for CAS employees. They have no greater skillsets than sales representatives yet do not have the direct pressure of sales results. Most are just former reps with no additional formalized training. The majority of Internal employees that became CAS employees were desperate to get out of their sales jobs and saw this as a way out. CAS employees can continue to chime in, but this is a fact. The only meaningful true support are MSL's who can offer additional medical data and can command respect with a PH.D.

Who are you calling??? They are begging us to give them something. I agree with the other post. The company needs to stop this CAS nonsense and give us more MSL's.

This is probably the funniest of all the threads out there. You really think that we believe you have a 4pm "appointment" on friday, LOL you think we are as stupid as you look. Bitching and moaning about a 4pm conference call? That right there is some funny ass shit.

You're an idiot. Nice going douche leaving a post one minute apart. Yes, believe it or not, people have appointments in the afternoon. You're a complete moronic idiot and willing to bet your not a rep.

Now you don't think that 2 people could've been looking at your stupid ass thread and commented 1 min apart? really? Are you really that fucking stupid? No wonder you can't get a job anywhere else.

So true about the CAS team. Allways asking if we have appointments they can go with us on. They always say how busy they are but never really do anything. It's a scam. I agree that we need more MSL's!! Recothrom is not what we should be doing!
