Open territories have been kept open, some territories are being split with other adjacent territories. These are the tangible signs that I have been talking about. You have been warned about changes in NS. Heads will roll in the coming months. I can't stand looking at the new zoning and felt bad of all the families that will be affected. A lot of breadwinners in NS will be a part of the unemployment statistics. Please forgive us, we're only doing our job. Very, very sorry.......

I'm in a team right now with 3 open territories, my manager don't even want to talk about possible candidates. When asked about it, he only sighs and say "it's useless". why are you complaining? Lilly has been doing right by its people for years! By not back filling they are easing any restructuring. That is the best way to overcome the next two years or so. The more open territories...the more job security you actually have!

1) open territories usually out perform existing in the short term (1-6 months)

2) the current "quota" system makes this worse by skipping the most recent quarter--then using 2 previous quarters prior to the previous one as baseline.

3) reps in fully staffed (i.e., "over-lapping geographies") are their own worst enemies simply by SAMPLING!
