Turnover at kowa is extremely high because it's entry level. Read the job postings. It explicitly states entry level. Unless you're a dm or a rsd, you should be a part of the turnover and move on. Reps who stay are not wanting more and remain entry level sales reps. Or you are the one who got fired.
