Looking for updated status of any and all Federal Investigations currently taking place. Looking for updates on possible investigations encompassing stock fraud, illegal insider trading, medicare fraud, violations of securities laws or any other illicit illegal activities. Investigations of those acitivities would be conducted by SEC, FBI, FDA and DOJ.
If nothing is happening then these agencies have not done their job. Earlier I heard about some FBI investigations. Employees stated they were interviewed by FBI agents several months ago. Have not heard anything since and have never heard anything about the SEC interviewing anyone. So much for deterrance. Why wouldn't executives do the things they do when there is nothing to deter them from doing them?
