Forty percent of this team should be fired this month. They continue to seek out trouble and look for excuses to shut down our production. They should be looking for resulutions and ways to correct our production issues instead of playing the cops and robbers game.
Some of these idiots had been fired on their previous jobs for this very reason. Most have no experience in an FDA regulated environment never mind a quality or a biotech production facility. A poor job hiring this year in the QA investigations and compliance group.
