To all of the great escapees who made it across the wire to Foundation Medicine - well done. Two folks were not so lucky when the King phoned FM and said cease the hiring of IO employees. Most come from the GG side one from USL. Our little bass wejun lawyer claimed to have millions invested with FM. Cool Hand Luke should have it so good. Please don't tell anyone where you are going to work. The King will send out the goon squad. Oh congrats to Ray K and Frank J for their new career destinations. Remember the left behind in Dachau.

The plumber has unclogged the Dave K. backup. Foundation is now interviewing GG and USL reps for positions.

If it is true that an LCA lawyer stopped FM from hiring based on his own personal agenda, isn't that illegal?

LabCorp cannot afford to buy Foundation Medicine. Purchase price would likely be over 50% of the current LH market cap of 9.15 billion. Third Rock Ventures Hedge Fund in Boston, MA would not allow it. Current investors in Foundation Medicine include Bill Gates.

After reports from 2013 ASCO meeting, FoundationOne is the new dominant test for oncology molecular testing.
