Found Expired Defibrillator. Worth Anything?

I was cleaning out an old auction house and found an expired Phillips in home defibrillator. Wondering if it is worth anything or if I can even sell something like this. Don't know if the expiration date is important or not but if it helps it expired in August of 2009. I imagine the electronics still work maybe just the pads are expired.

What a coincidence, Philips expired being a decent company around 2009 as well.
