So now that bonuses are out, who is jumping ship to join Foster?
Do not know Foster at all. However the company he went to better figure a way to get reimbursement. Looked at rapping their competition ,which actually has better technology and every doc I talked to said they could not get paid for itI'm amazed how there is a handful of people who don't have the balls to post their name, but will post trash on foster. Every few months I get on here and guys act like he was terrible. Talk trash. But never post their name. Man up. Post your name. If he was so bad people would agree with you. The company he went to has a notch technology that will pay off. He was the best I've seen in SN with a customer at selling. I have great respect for him bc I've seen him take care of the top reps over and over...you know, the ones who can sell, hit quota every year and win awards. Unlike those who only complain and usually miss quota. I am LB. I'd spell my name but CF has blocked my previous post bc my name was attached. If you work for SN sports med you know who I am.

Are you sure your initials are not MF?
No, Larry's very sure of himself! Are you sure your initials are not MF?
This poster has s spot on. They have purposely made the disposable expensive to run up the procedural tab. You essentially throw away the camera with each use, WTF? If they wanted to keep costs inline they would have made the disposable a fiber optic probe that costs a buck to make. They are basically selling you an iPad to view images and asking you to throw away a camera with each use which makes no sense. The other issue is resolution sucks and surgeons have a hard time sorting out what they are actually seeing. They claim to have fixed the problem but we've all heard that story before. That said, watch and see some sloppy, poorly lead and ilinformed company waving their checkbook swoop in and buy into the overhype and grossly overpay for it only to see it fizzle like so many gimmicky products. All the docs who claim it's changed the way they practice are on the payroll and can't be trusted. Wait a minute, it sounds like a perfect S&N acquisition....- a friendly place companies go to die.Questionable business model too. Single use component that generates revenue is very expensive to manufacture leaving small margin to pay reps, docs, etc. My guys weren't impressed with image quality compared to MRI. Big company buyout very uncertain - burning lots of VC.
