Former Endo Pharm Reps













Yes they are going to ask for all severance returned, all Cobra payments made and all bonuses for the individuals severance period. There is a clause in the severance package that states the severed employee will not cause a loss of clients to Endo for 2 years from the date of severance. I understand many former Endo employees didn't disclose this to new employers, potentially being dishonest on their applications concerning employment status.
 






so they lied about the non compete clause to Quintiles/Janssen, does that mean Q will take action? Or is Endo just going after the former Endo reps individually to try to get back the severance paid? I wouldn't think Q would care about that as long as Quintiles doesn't get hit financially. There have been a lot of reps leaving this gig on their own. With only 77 reps on the roster to start with, more vacancies with the Endo reps getting terminated would not be good.

Q will probably let them go for not disclosing this during the application process. This job is based on trust, how can you trust an employee who doesnt disclose this information?
 






























Look at the packet you signed, any loss of clients is prohibited for a 2 year period. Dr.'s just happen to be clients.

Half the reps are ex-endo.

LOL. I can't imagine Endo going to court over changes in market share between Opana-ER and Nucynta-ER. Small potatoes vs. even smaller potatoes. Best of luck on THAT.
