3 years ago I was let go. High performer. How come? Manager was a nightmare.

I landed on my feet,,, small division with a large pharma company. I have had 2 great managers in 3 years. A total of 6 ride alongs in 3 years. Unbelievable. A manager who gets it and let's you do your thing. I know. A rarity. I have been spoiled and could never go back to 2 day ride alongs per month.

I am mid 40's, this job has allowed me flexibility with my kids, priceless. I can't name another job that would allow me to go to school functions, etc.

Good luck to those not happy, the key, finding the manager, not an easy task

Former rep here fired a few years ago.

Got a big gig in medical device sales, making $400,000.00 at plan, plus bonus. If you don't hit the number you get canned but I'm making it. Faked my resume and didn't mention pharma sale background. Those dumbasses who pay my all of those bucks didn't check up with equifax on me. My manager doesn't ever bother me unless I call him. I'm looking at a free trip to Europe with the wife and my three kids first class air and hotel plus spending money. On top of my big salary. I just thought I'd come here and rub it in because I am such a nice guy, I am anonymous, and this is a big fat lie just like the quoted post is a big fat lie from a loser!
