I am shocked on LinkedIn. We do all of this! I have no Q4 Bonus, raises 2%, embarrassing salary, no level raises, slashed 401k's, a forecast off by billions, no stock buying program. The Japanese are treating the Americans like slaves.

There are other pharma companies that pay. Lots of them. Astellas is the lowest paying gig in pharma. When I left I got over a 50k increase in pay. Everyone here should have their resume out there. Ship is sinking and you can earn more elsewhere. It’s not even a cushy job anymore the way they micromanage you.
 




The job market is so crowded now. I’ve been here so long. It’s scary getting back out there but it’s scarier staying here. The quarterly goal setting is crazy. I’m seeing top performing Veozah reps now on the bottom. The goals for those who had a slower launch are much easier to achieve. The abandoned and rejected list says everything yet we are punished for scripts not getting filled. How are we one year into the launch without coverage?? Remember the pharmacy call when they assured us that all we needed to do is get the script to the pharmacy?? Now we will be treated like crap. I’ve said enough, let me dust off that resume and face this reality. Good Luck to everyone. Stay mentally strong. Fight for the future you deserve.
 




I wonder if those reps who were near the bottom with Veozah and now have an easy goal to hit realize they still suck. It is well known this goal setting was done to keep the peace. Kind of like everyone gets a trophy. Sad for the reps who did well last year and are now midpack at best.

If you would have done your homework you would have known that 75% of those that did well at launch had a higher patient lives count in their territories than others. That means they had more of an opportunity to get scripts. Kinda of hard for territories w 25,000 patient lives to launch against someone w 60,000+ lives. The top rep had over 112,000 patient lives. So yes, those at the bottom during launch got screwed. Take the total scripts you got in 2023 and divide that by your patient lives and you’ll truly see who did well!

STFU! WTF do you know about the circumstances of this individual you POS. Many are stuck in situations like this. Having to maneuver through these cheap bastards in Japan that have completely broken our trust. FU!
