Reading over the terms of the q2 ICP,
If you worked the entire q2 but give your notice in q3 before the payout on the 18th for q2 payout ...do you forfeit your q2 payout?

Seems like you do.

Verbage is similar in just about evry ic plan I have ever seen. Some companies will pay it anywsy. If it were ever challenged in court, the companies would probably lose, but they would greenmail you in the process. Technically, stayjng nas no net effect on the payout, its just mkre corporate bs. Thats why you should never feel guilty about cutting corners here, bbecause they do it to you any and every way they can. Managers often give you the look in the mirror speech and an honest days work crock lf shit. Meanwhile, were theones pushing the needle forward and enriching them. It would be an interesting case. Its even bs that they make you sign the icp here to be eligible, like you have a fucking option....

Don't forget about PTO days. You accrue 1.5 days per month, so if you have taken more days than you have accrued, they will deduct it from your paycheck or you'll have to pay them. Have your last day be the first of the month. You will be expected to work your last two weeks. Play the game. What are they going to do to you if you don't enter calls? Nothing.
