What do you expect from a company that hires women based on who wears the shortest skirt and highest heels. If you actually work for Forest and have been to training you know what I mean.
 






How do I get on board for the simple fact that we are forced to go to a "launch" meeting during holiday time which forces us to leave young children? Who is the genius who decided this? This is a lawsuit with very large merit and I will join because of this irresponsibly placed meeting. I was told any female missing the meeting would be put on loci or warning.

What a joke! You can't sue your company because you want to stay home with your kids. Hey, Forest, my daughter has a bake sale at school today and you expect me to miss that in order to work in the field? How dare you! Stay at home OR get a paycheck but you don't get both.
 












Well I hope Forest really fights this if they or even some are pulling a fast one. They said they would fight. If these women are right great. But if not sincere shame on them and those encouraging them.
 






Oh, I'm sure "those women" have text and emails to back up everything they say.... and then some so, would you say shame on Forest?? It's hilarious that you say.. If those women are telling the truth then great??? How is it great? It's pathetic!!

Unfortunately for Forest, they are are right. This is a great way to send a message to senior management that they need to change how they treat people. Now we need a class action lawsuit to protect the sales people with experience who know what they're doing because they are also squeezed out and discriminated against for knowing more than their manager.
 






Each of these women came to Forest wanting to be a part of the company. Each of these women could have left Forest at any time. Each of these women were 'high performers'. Each of these women should have multiple employment opportunities awaiting them. My guess is each do not have much, and are desperate. Just my opinion. Do your own math on this one.
